Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Evan guides CommLink’s engineering department, ensuring the company has access to stable and supportable industry-leading technologies. Evan is a natural educator and enjoys mentoring and inspiring others, especially CommLink team members, to gain a deeper understanding of their work. Evan’s job is to deliver systems that successfully support all users of technology. He believes technology should leave the user feeling empowered and be a tool for success, not a barrier to it. Evan lives in Millis, MA, with his wife, Lauren and two boys, Leo and Benjamin.

Eric Morgani
President

With over 15 years of experience in the AV industry, Eric was thrilled to have the opportunity to lead the next chapter of CommLink Integration, a well-established leader within the tech industry. As President, Eric oversees daily operations at CommLink, including business development, customer satisfaction, and employee development. He knows the importance of company culture and strives for an environment where employees are supported and motivated to grow within the organization.

Jay Kowalsky
Director of Sales and Marketing

Jay has over 24 years experience in low voltage solutions, mainly within the AV industry. Over the years, he has held various positions in field implementation, project management, sales consultation and senior management. Jay understands how important it is to treat every relationship like a partnership whether it is a vendor, contractor or a customer.

Ryan Boda
Director of Operations

Ryan oversees company operations for CommLink, utilizing department and business goals to define and refine organizational processes. These efforts support overall creative output, significantly reducing operational costs while eliminating redundant or unnecessary work. He is so good at what he does that he hopes to one day possibly automate himself out of a job. Fun fact about Ryan; he assisted in the design and was named an inventor on several patents.

Mike Ridderhof, CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D
Solutions Engineer

Mike is a jack of all trades at CommLink and, on any given day, can be found working on project management, sales, engineering, and even graphic design. His ability to quickly adapt and problem-solve has allowed him to provide innovative solutions for our clients by utilizing his vast experience and industry knowledge. Outside the office, Mike can be found hiking, taking nature photography, and playing video games.

Timothy Adams, CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D
Engineer

As Engineer, Tim works tirelessly to find optimal solutions for each CommLink project, digging deep into technical issues or thinking objectively to find the best workaround. Timothy can break down complex problems into simple, abstract steps and provide valuable feedback on the best ways to troubleshoot issues. With his background in audio engineering, Tim also assists with sound and video engineering for many of our installs. He also enjoys programming IoT devices and LED light projects and exploring fun home automation ideas.

Dan Fischer
Service Specialist

After a 10-year hiatus from the AV industry, Dan assists CommLink with documenting all service-related issues and providing adequate customer support to all our partners. He enjoys working with every customer to ensure their AV systems and networks have the best functionality possible. During his hiatus, Dan worked as a chef, and outside of CommLink, he enjoys hiking, camping, and taking long road trips with his dog, Waffles.

Ben Clickner
Project Manager

Over his 12 years with CommLink, Ben has worked his way up from assisting on installs to becoming a Project Manager. He ensures that every project element is executed to perfection and that the client is provided updates on the status and progress of the installation. When he isn’t onsite for a project, Ben enjoys playing darts, rocking out on his guitar, and spending time with his family.
